I love the colours!! You seldom use straight edges and square corners, so that is novel. This image makes me think of the still life I did a while ago, of all the old photos, not that your is anything like... Just reminds me. I wonder if I would have thought of that if the title had been different...

Me encanta este revestimiento de color que adorna a su vez a una cobertura tan protectora.
Ahora bien ...
No he podido evitar irme por los cerros de Úbeda y descender hasta el arte español.
Posar la vista en una palabra y un fragmento, ha sido ver en tu obra los tejidos de diestro y capote imaginando la vuelta quebrada de nuestro folclore.
Una quebrada, Leovi , es un giro de espalda donde, como en cualquiera, lo último que sale y lo primero que llega es la cabeza (a continuación lo hace el cuerpo).
Con esta técnica abogo por las memorias quebradas que siempre se recobran de su desvío. :-)

Leovi - I saw this over at Julie's site and the colors just went "boing" all over my body! May I ask you what you have taken pictures/painted of? The colors are absolutely beyond what color is! Is that possible? And I cherish the juxtaposition with the black and white - equally as powerful putting that contrast below. Your picture, oh, that is just too simple and lame for what my tummy feels - your "SPLASH" makes my tummy giggle! "Crimson in Clover" Samara
