Fruit skeletons,
glass tempting stillness,
bright colored frigidity.
No taste at all.
No skin, no flesh, no juice,
no core, no pips, no pulp,
but yet
pieces of fruit in flashy bear bones.
Green hollow pear,
red empty pepper,
yellow spinal banana,
orange tangerine peel,
pink watermelon slice...,
brilliant pieces leaning
on a blue broken ashtray
or
a blue full moon maybe
or
frozen ocean waves...?
The rests of a deadly wreck
where passengers and crew
have become crystallized still lives?
"Night dead hearts" as the artist
called them...?
Sculptured image
on a gloomy night,
- sadness and stupor -
a hungry dark night starving for stars...

Wow, the colors just pop!
Hermosa mezcla de tonos y formas Leovi.
A sad thought but the colours are just amazing dear Leovi.
Besos
xoxoxo ♡
Love the strong and vivid colors!
Flashy colors today!
Una ensalada de colotres
Me gusta.

I'm seeing things like a yellow hair clip, but I'm tasting blueberry, orange, lemon, strawberry and lime! :-) Wonderful colors! How do you DO these?! No, don't tell me - I love the magical mystery of it! :-)
very fine pieces!
Beautiful, as always.
Stunning! Your pictures are always eye-catching. Thanks for sharing.
Stephanie
I like the ghostly transluscent one the best.
Wow this is definitely one of my favourites. Love the vivid mix of colours!
Oh cool. neons!
Vakkert:))
Different than your usual style...
I like the third one best, where the pieces fade more into the background!!
Wow, very very cool!
Yes! Stunning!
I love the vibrant colours!

Two different atmosphere, one sadder.

Nice work!
My entry.
So interesting!
Oh the colours are amazing as is the design. I love it. B

what a wonderful playful piece!
Brilliant, such lovely mix of colors.
I see yellow hair clip there! Admire your artwork!
Color salad!

wow, wonderful shapes and colours, brilliant work. Happy PPF, Annette x
Hi Leovi,
I like the different colors here and they do seem to be used in a lot of the different celebration pictures I have seen. And in the third picture I see so many different figures who look to be hiding from the devil creature in there too. It is funny in that they are all looking at him too.
Thanks for sharing such a stormy picture with us for this weeks Theme Thursday. Hope you have a fun weekend.
God bless.
Very organic, melting shapes, radiant colors with a hint of mortality, Día de los Muertos... fantastic!
Beautiful.
Sydney - City and Suburbs
This is really intriguing!
The colors are just beautiful. Its so fun to come here and get a color fix! Beautiful. Happy PPF
Always gorgeous work! HPPF!
Great piece. The progression of the hearts from the vibrant first shot to the faded last shot truly match the title of your piece.
I liked the 1st one the most.
What an evocative image for your celebration!
Leovi, muito interessante os objetos usados na composição, parabéns pela beleza e criatividade! Um abraço!
O mirante da imagem
I love the third - it works really well in black and white!
magical and mystical.
Awesome in B&W too! Great work!
Looks like something strange from the depths of the sea♫
The orange is scrumptious!
I see a hair clip! Prettiest one ever!
j aime bcp les noirs et blancs
Fabulous...takes my breath away:)
xx
Ja flot og stærke farver:-)
different from your usual but still beautiful.
The three images in color are brilliant, Leovi, as usual.
It looks like the crystallized skeletons of some pieces of fruit: a pear, a banana, an orange, a pepper and...the blue one? Well, maybe an ashtray!
"Dead hearts"? So sad! I prefer fruit, hehehe.
What about this title, "Crystallized still life" (maybe I´ll write a short poem about it)
:)))
This is the poem I've just written. While writing, looking at the image, I realized your title could be right:
Fruit skeletons,
glass tempting stillness,
bright colored frigidity.
No taste at all.
No skin, no flesh, no juice,
no core, no pips, no pulp,
but yet
pieces of fruit in flashy bear bones.
Green hollow pear,
red empty pepper,
yellow spinal banana,
orange tangerine peel,
pink watermelon slice...,
brilliant pieces leaning
on a blue broken ashtray
or
a blue full moon maybe
or
frozen ocean waves...?
The rests of a deadly wreck
where passengers and crew
have become crystallized still lives?
"Night dead hearts" as the artist
called them...?
Sculptured image
on a gloomy night,
- sadness and stupor -
a hungry dark night starving for stars...
:)
Note: I have already posted it, do you agree?
Beautiful pictures and the colors are magnificent!
Your friends poem that you added is such a perfect interpretation of your work. They go together so well. Wonderful blog with 2 pieces of creative artistry.
what a great poem interpretation, and well, I'm running out of words for your stunning art!!
Very crisp!
Thank you for joining last week's Color Connection.
The linky is up now, can't wait to see your color this week!
